Dhaka Rock Fest held at ICCB Expo Zone

The last big rock concert of this year, titled Dhaka Rock Fest 2019, was held at the Expo Zone of International Convention City, Bashundhara (ICCB) on Friday. The performers of the concert were Nemesis, Arbovirus, AvoidRafa, Powersurge, Bay of Bengal, Trainwreck, Owned, Conclusions, Sin and Arnob & Friends.

According to a press release, the concert visitors started gathering at the venue from noon. The crowd was predominantly comprised of young music lovers, and their energy and enthusiasm for each band is worthy of mention. 

Arnob & Friends was one of the highlights of the concert, as the group is not usually seen performing with other bands. Arnob performed Tomar Jonno, Sonadia, Aadhkhana Dukkho, Se Je Boshe Ache, and few others. Pantha Kanai, from Arnob & Friends also performed a song.

Dhaka Rock Fest 2019 was organized by GaanBangla TV, Banglalink and Sky Tracker Ltd. Among the three organizers,  Banglalink Digital Communication Limited is the associate host of the event. Notably, Banglalink has been organizing and sponsoring many events such as this one for the youth of the country. 

On the other hand SkyTracker is one of the leading event management organizations in the country. In addition to managing various corporate events in the country, SkyTracker also hosts concert. Recently, they have organized Bamba Live Chapter One, Concert for Autism Awareness, Fuad Live in Dhaka, etc.
