8th Liberation Docfest kicks off on Tuesday

Liberation War Museum will organize a five-day documentary festival titled 8th Liberation Docfest from June 16. It will be held online.

The festival, originally scheduled to be held in early April, was delayed due to the ongoing pandemic. Instead the festival will arrange screenings on the museum’s official website www.liberationdocfestbd.org.

Prominent film-maker and freedom fighter Syed Salahuddin Zaki will inaugurate the festival tomorrow at 11am. A total number of 70 films, curated from all over the world, will be screened. 

Curtain will fall on the festival on June 20.
