Popular singer Ferdous Wahid has been hospitalised with fever. The 67-year-old has heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.
According to a Facebook post by singer Fakir Alamgir on Thursday, the pop star is undergoing treatment at the Combined Military Hospital. He is currently in the Intensive Care Unit there.
Ferdous Wahid rose to stardom in the 70s. His most popular songs include Mamonia, Agey Jodi Jantam, Emon Ekta Ma Dena , among others.
He tested negative for Covid-19 last week.
