The actor revealed that he was 'completely in debt' and 'starving' after working on Game of Thrones
In a recent interview with InStyle Magazine, Jason Momoa opened up about struggling to make ends meet after his appearance in HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones.
"I couldn't get work. It's very challenging when you have babies and you're completely in debt."
Momoa, who is married to actor Lisa Bonet, has two children and is also the step-father to actor Zoe Kravitz, Bonet's daughter from her previous marriage.
The Aquaman star played the warlord of Dothraki nomads and the husband of Daenerys Targaryen, Khal Drogo, on the first season of the series, after which the actor faced a hard time finding work.

Things are better for the the 41-year-old star as he has gone on to play superhero Aquaman and is set to appear in Denis Villeneuve's upcoming film Dune.
Momoa was ecstatic after watching the Dune trailer for the first time.
"It was 'Josh Brolin, Jason Momoa, Javier Bardem,' and I'm just like, 'Oh my god. I can't believe my name was with those names,' he said.
"I feel like I'm still a kid, freaking out."
