The film will premiere on the first night of Eid-ul-Azha
After months of waiting, Bangladeshi video streaming platform Chorki is set to start its journey on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
From day one, director Adnan Al Rajeev’s web film "Youtumer" will be available to stream.
The film boasts an ensemble cast, including stars Pritom Hasan and Ziaul Hoque Polash in lead roles, and Gousul Alam Shaon, Sharaf Ahmed Jeevan, Kareena Kaiser, and Salman Muktadir, among many others in supporting roles.
The official Facebook page of the video streaming platform Chorki revealed the poster yesterday, on July 7.
Anthology series "Unoloukik," starring Asaduzzaman Noor, Chanchal Chowdhury, Nusrat Imrose Tisha, Gazi Rakayet, Iresh Zaker, Rafiath Rashid Mithila and others will premiere on the first day of Eid as well.
A press release informed that two Chorki subscription packages – a 6 month subscription or a 1 year subscription will be available for viewers.
The streaming platform made headlines when it announced that it would release one original film every month. Amitabh Reza’s “Munshigiri” and Kamar Ahmed Simon’s “Neel Mukut” will also debut on Chorki.
