The popular magazine show Ityadi will be telecast simultaneously on July 30 on BTV and BTV World after the 8pm news segment.
Due to the ongoing government-imposed lockdown and a rise in Covid-19 cases across the country, the producers decided to film the next episode without a live audience.
According to reports, it was shot at the workshop of metro rail depot in the Uttara Diabari area on July 16.
For 30 years, Ityadi has been the quintessential Eid magazine show on BTV. Last year, the show couldn't be recorded in front of a live audience due to coronavirus, but its immensely popular host Hanif Sangket was determined not to let his viewers down. A compilation of sketches was thus aired from previous years in 2020.
This year the organizers had to compromise again and give up the opportunity of filming before a live audience.
Hanif Sangket wrote and directed the upcoming Eid special episode, which is produced by Fagun Audio Vision and sponsored by Keya Cosmetics.
