Singer Pritom Ahmed took the internet by storm when he announced his latest role in the Netflix popular drama “The Crown.” He is set to play a Bangladeshi ambassador in the upcoming season of the British royal family drama.
According to reports, the singer has already collaborated on multiple projects with major studios and streaming giants like Netflix, Amazon, Sony, Warner Bros.
The “Cholo Palai” singer, who has been living in the United Kingdom for the last five years, has acted in five major films and eight series – all of which will start airing from 2022 onwards. Some of his co-stars are the Hollywood A-listers: Emma Stone, Elizabeth Debicki, Jonathan Price, Dominic West, among others.

Pritom unveiled his Netflix role on August 29 with a photo from the sets of “The Crown.” He wrote, "Story of British Royal family, I am playing Bangladeshi ambassador in the Netflix original."
In the photo, the singer was donning a white punjabi with a navy blue waist coat and a red-green handkerchief resembling the Bangladeshi national flag.
Balika, Red Rose, Bhalo Theko, Bhaiya, Cholo Palai, Vote for Thot, Emon Keno, Shongshar, Ghor, Cholo Ekshathe Buro hoi, Separation, Pashanpurir Golpo, Dukkho Shari Shari are some of Pritom’s most notable songs. The actor and singer has released 12 solo albums so far.
