Ace Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib al Hasan will play in the upcoming Canadian Global T20 League, according to the official website of the tournament.
The world’s No 1 all-rounder is expected to play for the Brampton Wolves.
In Brampton Wolves, Shakib will play alongside former West Indies captain Darren Sammy, ex-Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi and New Zealand opener Colin Munro, the tournament website said.
Shakib has played in franchise leagues all around the world including the Bangladesh Premier League, Indian Premier League, Caribbean Premier League, Pakistan Super League and Big Bash League.
