Guinean striker Ismael Bangoura netted a hat-trick as Nofel Sporting Club handed bottom-placed Team BJMC a 4-3 defeat in an exciting encounter in the Bangladesh Premier League at Shaheed Bulu Stadium in Noakhali Thursday.

Nofel leapfrogged Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited and Rahmatganj Muslim Friends Society to move to ninth position with 16 points from 17 matches, while BJMC remained rooted at the bottom with only eight points from 18 games.
Bangoura scored all his three goals in the opening half, finding the back of the net in the 18th, 24th and 36th minute as Nofel began the second half with a 3-0 lead.

BJMC’s Uzbekistan forward Otabek pulled one back in the 54th minute but Nofel’s Khandakar Asrhaful Islam extended the gap again three minutes later.
BJMC went all out for a comeback in the rest of the game.
Otabek scored another in the 73rd minute before Nigerian forward Eleta Kingsley made it 4-3 after converting a penalty two minutes into the injury time.
