Mustafizur misses out

Bangladesh made two changes going into the last game of the series where they needed to avoid a possible whitewash. 

Among the two changes from the last two games, Mustafizur Rahman was benched in the last minute as Rubel Hossain came in.

According to the Bangladesh team, left-arm pacer Mustafizur was dropped just ahead of the toss.

The occasion was the first Bangladesh missed Mustafizur in an ODI since the tri-nation series in Ireland in April-May this year. 

Bangladesh in their fourth game of the series, against Ireland, had rested Mustafizur given the hectic schedule the side had back then. 

Mustafizur in the two matches played against Sri Lanka notched four wickets, bowling 18 overs, and conceded 125 runs.
