The Bangladesh cricketers were on a 10-day conditional camp in the Netherlands before the tournament.
The top two teams from the Qualifiers will progress to the 2020 World T20I, which is scheduled to be held in Australia from February 21 to March 8.
Australia, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and the West Indies have already qualified for the World T20I.
