The good Mominul, the bad Mominul

Top-order batsman Mominul Haque was the lone warrior when the Afghanistan bowlers were tearing apart the Bangladesh batting. 

The left-hander lived upto his reputation, scoring a half-century at a time when wickets at the other side kept tumbling in clusters. 

Mominul looked settled as he reached his 13th Test fifty.

On 52, however, the Bangladesh batsman played one shot too many to find himself dismissed by Mohammad Nabi.

Mominul anticipated the delivery to be on the slot and tried to heave it over mid-on. 

But the ball coming short of length was miscued to end into to the hands of Asghar Afghan as a simple catch.
