Shakib concedes 30 in one over against Burl

Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib al Hasan conceded 30 runs in one over against Ryan Burl in the 16th over, the third last over of the innings. 

Burl smashed 6, 4, 4, 6, 4, 6 in that over, looking in complete control. 

This is the second highest runs conceded in an over by a Bangladeshi in T20Is as Saifuddin leaked 31 against David Miller with five consecutive sixers in South Africa back in 2017.

And definitely, it was the most runs given away in an over by Shakib in his international career. 

Overall, Shakib conceded 49 in his four overs, which is unusual as he has a good bowling record against Zimbabwe over the years. 

And during batting, Shakib failed to shine with the bat as well as he was caught at slip cordon for one in the third delivery he faced. Bangladesh were 29/4 when Shakib lost his wicket while chasing 145, and the Tigers were in a difficult situation.
