Bangladesh concluded their qualifiers mission at the bottom of Group E with one point from three games
Bangladesh put up a brave display, took a 1-0 lead, before eventually conceding a heart-breaking 2-1 loss against Bhutan in their third and final 2020 AFC U-19 Championship Group E Qualifiers match at Khalifa Sports Stadium in Bahrain Sunday.
The youngsters in red and green started the game in dominating fashion, breaking the deadlock in the 18th minute through captain Yeasin Arafat, who had also netted in the 1-1 draw against Jordan at the same venue Friday.
The two teams went into the first half break with Bangladesh leading 1-0.

Bangladesh continued in the same vein in the second half, scripting one attack after another but against the run of play in the 65th minute, Bhutan brought parity through Yeshi Dorji.
The young Bangladesh booters received a further setback in the second minute of injury time when Khando Dorji scored the winner.
Bangladesh, who began their campaign with a 3-0 loss against Bahrain Wednesday, concluded their qualifiers mission at the bottom of Group E with one point from three games.
