The incident happened in the fifth ball of the second over of the innings as Krishmar Santokie overstepped by almost two feet from the line on the bowling crease
Sylhet Thunder left-arm pacer Krishmar Santokie bowled an awkward no ball in his first over against Chattogram Challengers in their first match of the Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League Twenty20 at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka Wednesday.
The incident happened in the fifth ball of the second over of the innings as Santokie overstepped by almost two feet from the line on the bowling crease.
Even earlier in the same over, Santokie bowled a wide delivery in the third ball, and it was eye-catching as well as it was so wide that even in Test matches, it could have been adjudged as a wide delivery.
Sylhet lost by five wickets in the end and after the match during the post-game press conference when Thunder captain Mosaddek Hossain was asked about the awkward no-ball bowled by Santokie, the skipper replied, “I did not watch it. So I should not make any comment about it.”
