Nabil praises BFF’s food distribution campaign

In a bid to stretch helping hands to Dhaka’s poor communities who are low-earning or jobless in Covid-19 situation, BFF continued its non-stop food distribution program in front of the BFF House in Motijheel since March 27, distributing foods to 200-300 people every day

Kazi Nabil Ahmed, the Bangladesh Football Federation vice president and chairman of the national team committee, has praised the BFF’s food distribution campaign while sponsoring Tuesday’s Iftar for vulnerable people as part of the initiative.  

"I think it's really important to stand beside people in times of crisis. I like to stand with our people who are the most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. I am happy to be a part of the food distribution campaign of BFF," said Nabil.

In a bid to stretch helping hands to Dhaka’s poor communities who are low-earning or jobless in Covid-19 situation, BFF continued its non-stop food distribution program in front of the BFF House in Motijheel since March 27, distributing foods to 200-300 people every day.

Fifa, the world football governing body, also took notice of the humanitarian efforts as national footballers, coaches, BFF and club officials appreciated the campaign by participating in the donation since then.  

BFF started distributing Iftar to underprivileged people from the start of the month of Ramadan and it aims to continue the program until the end of government holiday as well as lockdown situation in the country.
