International Master Mohammad Fahad Rahman beat 2764-rated Dutch super Grandmaster Anis Giri in the online bullet chess event of Katara International Chess Tournament, organized by Qatar Chess Association.
The bullet chess event was held last night.
Fahad beat the Dutchman with black pieces in the eighth game of the second qualifying phase and won after the 57th move.
Fahad collected 78 points out of 49 games and finished 82nd out of 2,606 players.
In the third qualifying phase, Fahad won against GM Anton Demchenko of Russia and garnered 81 points out of 54 games and became 107 out of 5,042 players.
Every player gets one minute for each game in bullet chess, receive two points for a win and one point for a draw.
