Rakibul rewarded as best player in Walton-BSJA Sports Festival

Rakibul Hasan of Independent Television was awarded as the best player of the Walton-BSJA Sports Festival as prizes among the winners were distributed Saturday at Shaheed Captain Mansur Ali Handball Stadium in Dhaka. 

The executive director of Walton, FM Iqbal bin Anwar was present at the chief guest in the program. 

Eminent chess player, Grandmaster Rifat bin Sattar and Bangladesh Table Tennis Federation’s vice president Khandakar Munir Hasan were present as special guests in the ceremony which was chaired by Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association president Motahar Hossain Masum in the presence of other senior BSJA members.

BSJA members took part in five disciplines - table tennis, carrom, badminton, chess and bridge in the five-day festival.
