Former England captain Alastair Cook, currently on county duty for Essex, did something extraordinary.
Considered one of the greatest England Test cricketers, Cook proved yet again as to why he is also termed a brilliant slip fielder.
The 32-year-old was giving an interview on day two about the proceedings in the county match against Middlesex.
While Cook was speaking, a ball was hit at pace towards the interviewer, which would have smashed him, if Cook was not there to take the catch.
Exhibiting excellent reflexes, Cook grasped the ball before the interviewer realised that he was at risk of getting smashed.
