The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has been served with a legal notice to hang up their plan to hold AGM and EGM. The cricket board was scheduled to hold its first AGM and EGM in four years on October 3.
Former BCB director Mobasher Hossain has served the legal notice to BCB and also the National Sports Council (NSC). Mobasher, who has been in dispute with the current board of BCB directors for long now, has asked NSC to stop all functions of the present BCB board.
The legal notice served couple of days ago asked the BCB to refrain from holding all kinds of activities based on the claim that the current board lost its legality following the judgment of the Supreme Court on July 26 this year.
