The Bangladesh wheelchair team have been enjoying a great time of late and their recent run of successes continued Tuesday when they beat host India by 36 runs in the final of the tri-nation T20 series in Delhi.
Bangladesh beat neighbour India 2-1 in the bilateral three-match T20 series last week and topped it off with another victory, this time in the tri-series also involving Nepal.
Batting first, Bangladesh posted 179 for the loss of six wickets in their stipulated 20 overs, Ujjal top-scoring with 79. Sajjad scored 67 for Bangladesh while India's Sourav bagged two wickets.
In reply, India lost wickets at regular intervals and eventually fell 36 short, Sourav scoring the highest 74. Sanjay chipped in with 33.
Morshed was the wrecker in chief with the ball, notching four wickets for 14 runs. Player of the match Ujjal and Rajon shared three wickets between themselves.

The Bangladesh team are scheduled to return to Dhaka Wednesday.
