Tushar Imran scored 103 runs from 176 deliveries, forging a 106-run partnership with man-of-the-match Soumya Sarkar (71)
Centuries from Tushar Imran have become an expected occurrence in the National Cricket League and that was once again the case in the final day of the third round Thursday.
All four matches between the eight teams at different parts of the country ended as draws and inclement weather had a part to play in all of them.
Tushar scored his 31st first-class ton as he helped his team Khulna to a safe total of 334/9, in the second innings against Rangpur at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna, to ensure a draw.
Tushar scored 103 runs from 176 deliveries, forging a 106-run partnership with man-of-the-match Soumya Sarkar (71).
This is the third century in the last five innings for the 34-year old.
Pacer Taskin Ahmed and off-spinner Nayeem Hasan shone with ball while Soumya Sarkar showed brilliant performance both with bat and ball in the third day of the third round matches of National Cricket League Wednesday.https://t.co/jj7akHlG0V#BCBTIGERS #BCB #TIGERS #BANGLADESH

Barisal v Rajshahi
As the first two days were washed off, a result was unlikely in the match at Barisal Divisional Stadium but Rajshahi got a crucial first-innings lead in the low-scoring battle thanks to their last batting pair.
Resuming on 125/9 replying to Barisal’s 133, Rajshahi’s last wicket duo Muktar Ali (59 not out) and Abdul Gaffar (seven) added another 30 runs before the latter got out after forming a 70-run stand.
But the remainder of the match was dominated by batsmen as Barisal’s opener Shahriar Nafees scored a century in the second innings.
Shahriar, who made 102 off 161 deliveries, added 142 for the second wicket with Shamsul Alam (62) and the host were on 229-7 before the match was called off.
The second day of the second round matches at the National Cricket League were affected by weather as two of the four games were yet to start while the other two saw some parity of batting and bowling Tuesday.https://t.co/xDPKuarNp6#SAJEDUL #ISLAM #SAJEDULISLAM #NCL #BCBTIGERS
