Taylor’s back-to-back tons

Unfortunately, no other batsman could make good partnerships with Brendan Taylor and resist Zimbabwe’s defeat

Update : 15 Nov 2018, 09:37 PM

Taylor struck another brilliant hundred in the Dhaka Test and showcased another flawless batting display. Unfortunately, no other batsman could make good partnerships with Taylor and resist Zimbabwe’s defeat. The right handed batsman showed his class on the day five wicket in the Mirpur Test and was unbeaten on 106 off 167 deliveries. Taylor’s century came in the fifth ball of the 81st over in the innings. This is the second time in Taylor’s career he has scored centuries in both the innings of a Test, and that makes him the first Zimbabwean to have done so twice. And both times, it came against Bangladesh. First time he did it was back in 2013 in Harare.
