WI beat Bangladesh by 50 runs, seal series 2-1

The West Indies registered a comprehensive 50-run win in the third and final T20I against Bangladesh at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka Saturday. In the process, the Windies wrapped up the series 2-1.

Chasing 191, the Tigers were dismissed for 140 in 17 overs with seamer Keemo Paul bagging five wickets. Bangladesh's Liton Das top-scored with 43 off 25 balls, including three fours and as many sixes.

Earlier, the Windies, asked to bat first, were all out for 190 in 19.2 overs, opener Evin Lewis scoring the highest 89 off 36 deliveries, featuring half a dozen boundaries and as many as eight sixers. The Tigers' Shakib al Hasan, Mustafizur Rahman and Mahmudullah notched three wickets apiece.
