All-rounder Saifuddin made a good display of death bowling against South Africa in their first match at the Oval Sunday.
Saifuddin was suffering from back problems and did not train in the last two days ahead of the game.
But the Feni lad was picked in the last hour before the match, as he felt okay to participate.
In the end, he registered a good effort with the ball when the game was becoming close.
The first spell was not impressive for the 22-year old as he conceded quite a few runs.

But in the death overs, he took the wicket of the dangerous Rassie van der Dussen (41) who was batting well at that point.
The Tigers needed his wicket desperately and Saifuddin delivered for the team by cleaning him up in the 40th over.
Later on, Saifuddin also took the wicket of Andile Phehlukwayo (eight) to tilt the balance of the game in Bangladesh’s favor.
After winning the game, captain Mashrafe bin Mortaza informed that Saifuddin is always the Tigers’ first choice bowler in death bowling and the skipper praised his performance.
