Bangladesh wicket-keeper batsman and former student of Jahangirnagar University, Mushfiqur Rahim provided food aid to help 160 small shopkeepers of his alma mater in this difficult time of corona virus.

This food aid is being provided to 160 families. Each packet of food aid contains 15 kg of rice along with pulses, oil, salt, onion, garlic, potatoes and soap. It is expected that a family will be able to survive for at least 15 days with this amount of food.

ATM Atiqur Rahman, professor in the Department of History at Jahangirnagar University and the main coordinator of the program praised Mushfiq for his humanity and commitment to the university and also wished him a brighter future, good health and longevity.
