The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a 23-member preliminary squad for the forthcoming Sri Lanka’s Tour of Bangladesh 2021 where the Island nation will play three One Day International at the end of May.
Bangladesh team is currently playing the second Test against Sri Lanka at Kandy under World Test Championship and the team will return home on May 4.
All-rounder Shakib Al Hasan, who is participating at Indian Premier League for Kolkata Knight Riders, has been included in the preliminary squad.
The partial squad will start practice from Sunday, May 2 at Sher-e-Bangla national cricket stadium. The full squad will practice from May 7 and train for three days before break for Eid Ul Fitr.
