Farashganj Sporting Club qualified for the semi-final of the Walton U-18 Football Tournament 2018 after edging Team BJMC 1-0 at Bangabandhu National Staidum in Dhaka Sunday.
Shamim Babu scored the all-important goal in the 29th minute to take Farashganj to the last four, alongside Brothers Union, who earlier progressed after beating Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited 1-0 at the same venue Saturday.
In Monday's third quarter-final, Arambagh Krira Sangha will face Saif Sporting Club at 4:30pm.
