A high-flying Bangladesh U-15 girl’s team is confident of carrying-on their winning-run when they take on Nepal in their second and last Group B match of the Saff U-15 Women's Championship at the Changlimithang Stadium in Bhutan's capital Thimphu on Monday at 7pm.

Finishing as group champions will be the aim for Bangladesh who already qualified for the semifinals after Pakistan conceded defeats in both their group matches.

The Bengali girls earlier began their campaign with a thrashing 14-0 win over Pakistan, who also lost to Nepal on Saturday to crash out of the tournament. The team watched Nepal's last game and the impression is that their confidence only increased to make it two wins in a row.

The girls enjoyed a practice and warm-up session for one-and-a-half hours at Changjui Turf in the Bhutan Football Academy under head coach Golam Rabbani Choton and technical and strategical director Paul Smalley.

Choton said through the BFF, “We had a very good training session and we have speedy players in our team. Everybody will give a hundred percent for the win and winning is the only thing we are thinking about, there is no other option.”

Forward Tohura Khatun, who netted a brace in the opening game, said, “Though Nepal is better than Pakistan and they have some good players from last year. I scored a hat-trick against Nepal in the last Saff U-15 Championship. I want to score and contribute for my team's win.”

Defender Anai Mogini said, “We learned about many things and some weaknesses about the Nepalese team after watching their match against Pakistan. So now we are better prepared and know how to play against Nepal. We must win and finish as group champions.”

Meanwhile, Bangladesh defeated Nepal 6-0 in the group stages of the last edition held in Dhaka with Tohura netting a hattrick.
