The Bangladesh Football Federation revealed the fixture of the season’s second professional tournament, the Independence Cup, Monday with Saif Sporting Club taking on Team BJMC in the lone match of the inaugural day Saturday.
The recently concluded Federation Cup champion Abahani Limited will begin the campaign against Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra the following day, while runners-up and new favourite Bashundhara Kings will play against Lt. Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Limited in the second match of the same day.
There will be usually two games on each match-day during the nine-day group round fixtures.
The first match will kick off at 3pm while the second game starts at 5:15pm.
