Pallolic Group and Biman Bangladesh Airlines emerged as the champion in the men's and women's category of the Premier Division Table Tennis League respectively, as the event concluded at Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Indoor Stadium Thursday.
Both the teams earlier ensured their title with a day and match in hand Thursday. On the concluding day, Pallolic outplayed Orunima Sports 3-0 but the losing side had already secured second place finish while Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra finished third.
In the women's event, Biman have all but confirmed the title as they defeated Dhaka Youngs 3-0 while Abahani Limited finished runners-up after beating Stride School 3-1 on the final day.
The First Division League also took place simultaneously where Linkers Club became champion and Bangladesh Chemical Limited finished runners-up.
