11 Foods to boost your libido

Libido is a type of physiological and psychological energy. As we age physiological part of libido can be declined. Eating some foods and avoiding fatty foods can restore your libido.  Eat a diet rich in zinc, B vitamins and essential fatty acids, the nutrients required for sex hormone production and reproductive function.

Almonds

Bananas
