Man to die for killing

Additional District and Sessions' Judge Mamunur Rashid gave the verdict on Arif Miji, a resident of Aitpara village, Faridpur upzila of the district and also fined the convict Tk1 lakh.

According to the prosecution, Arif Miji hacked Shahdat Hossain Raju, a resident of the same village, to death on August 23, 2012.

Later, Raju's father filed a case with Faridganj police station.
