“If we fail to bring the physically challenged people into main flow, it would be tough to meet the SGD (Sustainable development Goal) goal and to be a developed country by 2041” he said.
He demanded special building code, education institution and habitation for impoverished challenged people.
Terming transgender as sex-challenged people, he mentioned them as the most vulnerable group of the society and asked all to raise voice in favour of them to have their rights.
