Bangladeshi-American festival held in Parkchester, US

Handfuls of residents spent their afternoon at a Bangladeshi American street fair in Parkchester, USA on Sunday, enjoying Bangladeshi culture, music and food. The festival was held along Olmstead Avenue and highlighted the contributions of Bangladeshi people in the Bronx.

The fair showcased work by the city’s Bangladeshi community, including clothing and jewellery, and featured a small market of vendors selling cultural staples and food.
